I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow up to 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average transit times to the United States: 7-15 Business days
Average transit times to International: 7-25 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of our control (weather, holidays, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We have warehouses in multiple places across the globe to ensure the fastest possible delivery speeds. We are proud to say most of our products ship from the United States as well as others that ship from China and the UK. 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at hello@stayfit.co. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We ship every item securely. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

TIME FRAME TO RECEIVE YOUR REPLACEMENT/REFUND

Replacement option: once the item has undergone the quality evaluation process, expect to receive the item within 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the tracking information of the returned item.

Refund option: customers who have requested for refund can expect to receive it within the following time frames:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
